What areas of Perth does Pamper Party Bus service?
Pamper Party Bus travels within a 40km radius of Osborne Park. Any party or event outside of this radius may incur an additional fuel surcharge.
What happens on the day of my event?
We arrive at your location approximately 15 minutes prior to your party start time to set-up. Please ensure the designated area is clear of vehicles prior to our arrival so we can park up immediately and setup on time for the commencement of your party. When we are ready, your guests are given a short introduction, the doors swing open, and the ultimate pamper party begins! When the pampering fun is complete, we simply shut down, pack up, and drive off.
How many people can Pamper Party Bus hold?
Our Pamper Party Bus can accommodate a maximum of 10 party guests plus 2 party hosts however, our packages are based on a maximum of 8 kids. If you exceed 8 kids, it is an additional $60/extra child ($65/extra child for Paint & Pamper). Parents are more than welcome to view the interior prior to the party. If there is enough seating room inside, we may allow 1-2 parents to sit inside during the session. Please note, we are unable to have any extra children participate on the day (maximum is 10 including your child) as we do not have the additional equipment or space.
What should I have my party guests do to prepare for my Pamper Party Bus party?
The children should come with clean nails (without nail polish) and brushed dry hair to help maximise the party time. Please note, any child with nits will not be able to participate in some activities. We would highly recommend they do not attend the party to prevent possibility of spreading
Is the Pamper Party Bus air-conditioned?
Yes! Pamper Party bus is climate controlled to ensure your party guests are pampered in comfort all year round – rain, hail or shine!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of completing our booking form to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to the party. Payments can be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) or Visa/Mastercard (2.3% surcharge applies for credit card payments). If the number of attendees change on the day of the party, if additional kids, payment is required in cash upon arrival or by PayID. If you have less kids than originally paid for, a refund of overpayment will be made. It is the customers responsibility to contact Pamper Party Bus by email requesting a refund and providing us with their full bank details. Note, if the balance is not received by the due date required, Pamper Party Bus has the right to cancel your booking unless prior arrangements are made
Is there an age limit?
Our parties cater for children age 5 to 12 years.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
By completing our booking form and paying a deposit, you hereby automatically accept our Terms & Conditions. Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to your booking will not incur any cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 21 days of your booking are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling is always an option however, if rescheduling within 21 days of your booking, a rescheduling fee of $100 applies and this fee is payable within 24 hours of your request to reschedule. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your booking will be cancelled
Does Pamper Party Bus take up a lot of space?
Our Pamper Party Bus is approximately 7 metres long x 3.5 metres wide x 3.5 metres high. For setup purposes we require fairly level ground (bitumen or grass, not dirt). If you do not have the room at your house, we can help you arrange for your event to be held at an alternative location, i.e. park, beach, commercial premise, school, sporting ground, church, community/recreation centre, etc.
What types of events can you attend?
Pamper Party Bus attends all types of events throughout the Perth metropolitan area. Our mobile Pamper Party Bus is ideal for Kids Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, School Incursions/Fundraisers, Festivals, Community/School Fairs, Fundraising Events, Sporting Club Events, End of School Term Parties, Graduations, Girl Scouts Parties Expos, Open Days, Promotions, Family Fun Days, Weddings, and much more.
Do I need to provide power?
Yes, we will need to connect our own tested and tagged extension lead to your power in the garage or front room of the house. If power is unavailable, we require at least 48 hours notice to arrange a generator which will be charged to the customer at $80. Generator cannot be used in the rain therefore, a backup location is necessary. Note: If we do connect to your mains power, it is your responsibility to check that we have re-connected any existing leads correctly at the conclusion of the party. Pamper Party Bus and/or our employees will not be held responsible for any loss, damage and/or injuries

Our services are for entertainment purposes only and we will not use harmful equipment, harsh or toxic chemicals during our services. We will attempt to use products that are considered safe for children however, we cannot guarantee that there will not be an allergic reaction to products being used for skin, hair, and nails. Unfortunately, skin damage or minor allergic reactions may result from these kinds of activities. Pamper Party Bus is not responsible for allergic reactions due to any services, costumes, or consuming any food or beverage before, during, or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest(s) or parent/guardian to inform Pamper Party Bus staff of any dietary or allergic restrictions prior to the party. Pamper Party Bus staff are highly trained and will work to ensure your event and guests are treated in the most respectable manner and in a safe environment.
Pamper Party Bus and its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the bus in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property and/or equipment damage. Additionally, Pamper Party Bus reserves the right to invoice the client for damages to the bus or equipment resulting from the careless or wilful damage of same by client and/or clients guests. Pamper Party Bus and its employees shall not be responsible for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages and/or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and / or host and you indemnify, release and hold harmless Pamper Party Bus and its directors, proprietors, employees and agents in respect of any injuries, loss or damage arising.

COVID-19
Only if Government restrictions do not allow us to operate, your booking can be rescheduled to another date and your deposit transferred to the new booking and any rescheduling fees will be waivered if related to COVID-19. Note: if a booking is cancelled or rescheduled due to a family member and/or guest/s testing positive to Covid-19 and there are no Government restrictions at the time, our normal Terms & Conditions apply.
